To get started, we always plan an appointment first. During this introduction we will explain everything about our working method. If you then give us the assignment to find a tenant for your property, we will come and view the home/room. We do a maintenance check, take photos and determine a rental price.

Together with you, we draw up the requirements for a tenant. After this we immediately start looking for suitable tenants who fit within the established profile. We screen the candidates and if we have found a suitable tenant, we take care of the viewing of the property. If the tenant wants to rent the house, we will arrange the entire process. We draw up the rental agreement and ensure that it is signed, after which we arrange the key transfer. Of course we also ensure timely payment of the rent and the deposit.
